Like any machine, a lift wears down over time. After many years of service the common symptoms are familiar: it breaks down more often, starts with a jolt, fails to level evenly at each floor, makes unusual noises, or its old control system becomes so hard to source parts for that repairs grow difficult. These are all signs that the lift is due for modernization.
Replacing an entire lift, however, is costly and time-consuming. Modernization is a far more cost-effective choice: we replace only the control system, drive, and worn components while reusing most of the existing shaft. The result is a lift that rides more smoothly, is safer, and uses less energy — all within a sensible budget.
